This letter is in response to my phone call on February 20,1997, and your letter dated February 27,1997, concerning the correct activity and point of distribution for the Billion-Aire trace gas analyzer. Based on the background information you supplied, we have corrected the first page of registration certificate NR-0458-D-801-S (copy enclosed) to reflect the correct activity and point of distribution for the Billion Aire trace gas analyzer. The corrections made to the certificate can be identified by bold type.
