1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 General This report is an update of Reference 3 and provides the status of the actions necessary to resolve the Audit Observations and Action Items resulting from the Technical Audit of Millstone Unit 3 Proj ect performed - June 3 - July 30, 1985 (Reference 1).
This report also provides the status of items resulting from the follow-up reviews in the Environmental Qualification area as reported in the Corrective Action Status Report issued September 30, 1985 (Reference 2).

(Reference 3).
Forty-nine items are listed. The action required to resolve these items have been satisfactorily completed and verified by the audit team. All items reported in Reference 1 are now closed.
