Contract No. NRC-02-95-003. Task Order No. 28 Entitled. " TECHNICAL BASIS FOR LICENSE RENEWALS" In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract this l
letter definitizes Task Order No. 28 with a cost ceiling of $281.847.00.
This effort shall be performed scordance with the enclosed statement of work and the contractor's technical proposal dated March 11. 1997.
l The period f performance for Task Order No. 28 is from the effective date 1
through December 31, 1998. The total cost ceiling is $281.847.00 of which the l
sum of $262.183.00 represents reimbursable cost, and the sum of $19.664.00 l
represents fixed fee.
l The obligated amount shall at no time exceed the cost ceiling. When and if the amount (s) paid and. payable to the contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order.
