Description of Changes Incorporated by Modification No.101 to NRC-02-93-005 Page 2 The purpose of this modification is to reduce the amount obligated and authorized in Job Code L1793 by 550,000 and to revise the burden rate to 44%

It is the Contractor's responsibility to notify the Contracting Officer in accordance with 52.232 Limitation of Costs or 52.232 Limitation of Funds as a)plicable. if such change (s) affect (s) performance of work within tle established cost or funding limitations.

Notwithstanding A. and B. of this Section, said provisional overhead and G&A rates may be adjusted as appropriate during the term of the contract upon the acceptance of such revised rates by the CO.

Rates marked with an asterisk (*) are ceiling rates.

In the event that indirect rates develo)ed by the cognizant audit activity on the basis of actual allowaale costs are less than the ceiling rates, the rates established by the cognizant audits must apply.

The Government may not be obligated to pay any esdditional amounts for indirect costs above the ceiling rates set forth above for the applicable period.
