NRC-10-87-214 Modification No.13 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modi 6c.Gon is to: (1) extend the period of performance, effective 5/11/97 through 5/10/98;(2) revise the Statement of Work to incorporate an option year, specify supply requirements, identify Government furnished property, and revise the reporting requirements, as attached; and (3) provide funding in the amount of $3,527.38, which increases the cooperative agreement ceiling and total obligated amounts from $37,339.19 to $40,866.47. Accordingly, t!.e following changes are hereby made to the " Notice of Cooperative Agreement":
