Routine Inspection No. 99990001/92-031 On December 9,1992, Betsy Ullrich and Kathleen Dolce of this office conducted a routine safety inspection at the above address of activities fonnerly authorized by the above listed NRC license. The inspection was limited to a review of remediation activities proposed for areas contaminated with radioactive materials identified at this site. The findings of the inspection were discussed with you and Dale Evans of SEACOR, your contractor, at the conclusion of the inspection.

A copy of the NRC inspection repon is enclosed.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10,' Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed repon will be placed in the Public Document Room.
