1 NRC-39 88-236 Modification No.12 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) extend the period of performance, effective 3/15/97 through 3/14/98; (2) revise the Statement of Work to incorporate an option year, specify supply requirements, identify Government furnished property, and revise the reporting requirements, as attached; and (3) provide funding in the amount of $777.46, which increases the cooperative agreement ceiling and total obligated amounts from $15,832.52 to $16,609.98. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made to the " Notice of Cooperative Agreement":
