the enclosed Statemerit of Work and the Contractor's technical proposal dated April 1, 1997.
Task Order No.121 shall be in effect from April 4,1997 through May 16, 1997 with a cost ceiling of $35,525.83 (inclusive of the $8,000.00 verbally authorized on 4/4/97).
The amount of $34,538.75 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $54.64 represents the facilities capital cost of money, and l
the amount of $932.44 represents the fixed fee.
