Gentlemen:
Reference 2 sent the Final Integrated Plant Safety Assessment Report, NUREG-0827 for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor, and requested that we file pursuant to 10CFR50.71(e)(3)(ii), a complete Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR), which is up to date as of a maximum of six months prior to the date of filing the revision. Reference (3) extended the deadline for filing the FSAR by 60 days.
Enclosed is one signed original and 12 additional copies of the updated LACBWR FSAR. This revision to the FSAR is to be considered as having no original pages, although most original information remained valid in the revision.
A certification of the accuracy and completeness is in the updated FSAR.
