Gentlemen:
This letter is to document my telephone conversation witr Ms. Shoemaker today informing the Appeal Board of on unfortunote circumstance preventing the oppeoronce of intervenor Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy ("0CRE') at oral argument in this proceeding, scheduled for December 19.
Secouse of a severe illness in my immediate family, I will not be able to travel to Bethesdo on that date, and there is no other Person CoDoble of presenting oral orgument on OCRE's behalf.
I sincerely regret that OCRE will not be present at ocul orgument; I had looked forward to it.
If at all possible, QCRE Would like to have oral orgument on its appeal rescheduled, but I cornet now supply a date when I would be oble to appeor.
