The purpose of this letter is to notify you of a license withdrawal requested by Duquesne Light Company in accordance with 10 CFR 50.74. Mr. F. L. Hummel (License E. 30P-3941-6, Docket No. 55-7656) is no longer employed by Duquesne Light Company, ad therefore, no longer has a need to maintain his license. Please withdraw Mr. Hummel's license as of April 1,1997.
