amount of $7,500.00 which increases the obligated amount from $406,700.00 to
$414,200.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows-l Section B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION / CONTRACT CEILING is deleted in its i
entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

"The ceiling amount for the work specified in Section C herein i
shall not exceed $489,548.80. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $414,200.00. The contractor agrees that the work to be performed under Section C shall be i
accomplished within this ceiling. Any work undertaken by the contractor in excess of the obligation amount specified above is done so at the contractor's sole risk."
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract remain unchanged.
