2. U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Management Directive 5.6 (IMPEP);

3. Radiation Control Act, excerpt from " Suggested State Legislation" Volume 42,1983; i

4. Letters of Intent from Ohio and Oklahoma; I

5. Atomic Energy Act as amended Section 274 " Cooperation With States";

6. Criteria for Guidance of States and NRC in Discontinuance of NRC Regu/atory Authority and Assumption Thereof by States Through Agreement (46 FR 7540, January 23,1981); and

7. Two letters from Mr. Richard L. Bangart to Mr. David A. Finley (June 7, 1994 and November 2,1994) addressing the topic of in situ mining regulation.
