Enclosed are two originally signed copies of the completed application for the renewal of the Type A broad scope license #20-00297 53 for the use of by product material at Harvard University. His application is submitted in response to Mail Control Number 121856. His application is a complete replacement for the previous application submitted to your office on May 26,1995.
Dis application includes the consolidation of three additionallicenses currently held by Harvard University: license numbers 20-00297 58,20-00297-59, and SNM 71.
We have also incorporated the University's response to the questions addressed in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission letter of July 11,19% in this revised application.
