RANCHO SECO NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION UNIT NO 1 GEWERIC ISSUE 77 FLOODING OF SAFETY EQUIPMENT COMPARTMENTS BY BACXFLOW THROUGH FLOOR 3 RAINS During telephone calls with the NRC staf f and by letter, dated September 6,1985, the NRC staff requested that the District assist in the resolution of Generic Issue 77 " Flooding of Safety Equipment Compartments by Backflow through Floor Drains".: As indicated in our telephone calls we are willing to assist you in resolving this issue. We have reviewed your questions and we will respond to them by February 15, 1986.
