La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor Exemption Regarding On-Site Insurance I deeply appreciate your letter of October 10, 1985, reporting on the progress toward resolution of our property insurance matter. We look' forward to an early and favorable resolution which will provide adequate insurance coverage for our small reactor plant without imposing an undue financial burden on Dairyland's' cooperative members.

If there is any reason to believe that this matter will not be resolved in our favor. I would appreciate the earliest possible indication of this outcore and an opportunity to become personally involved in discussions as to the merits of our appeal.
