Edward A. Richley being first duly sworn, says~that:

This is. to advise you that effective October 15, 1985, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) initiated an organizational change as regards the shutdown Plum Brook Reactor Facility (PBRF). This is consistent with the organizational description presented in our appli-cation for reinstatement of licenses to possess-but-not-operate, dated July 26, 1985.

Mr. Henry G. Pfanner has been assigned as PBRF Engineer to provide manage-ment oversight for the PBRF. He replaces Mr. Earl C. Boitel, Jr. who has been assigned other management responsibilities.
