NRC-10-87-361 Modification No. 12 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) extend the period of performance through 3/29/98; (2) revise the Statement of Work to incorporate an option
> year, specify supply requirements, identify Government furnished property, and ,
2 revise the reporting requirements, as attached; and (3) provide funding in the '
amount of $1,074.72 which increases the cooperative agreement ceiling and total obligated amounts from $16,886.24 to $17,880.96. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made to the " Notice of Cooperative Agreement":
