Transportation Certification Branch Approval Record tiodel Nos. D34710-1 and D34710-2 Packages Docket No. 71-5088 By application dated October 2,1985, Babcock & Wilcox Company requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 5088. In the absence of an application from Rockwell International, requesting renewal of the certificate, Babcock & Wilcox Company accepts the responsibility for maintaining the certificate and is in agreement with the conditions and requirements identified in Item 5 of the certificate. Babcock & Wilcox Company has been designated as the primary user of these packages.

No changes have been requested or made to the package since approval of the consolidated application dated September 8,1980.

The package identification number has been changed to USA /5088/B( )F to be consistent with the maximum quantity of material per package as authorized by Condition 5(b)(2).  :

The staff concludes that the statements and drawings of the co,'solidated application dated . September 9,1980, satisfy the requirement for renewal of the certificate of compliance.
