I.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST (TSCR) NO. 152 The licensee requests that the attached revised pages replace. the following pages of the Technical Specifications:
Replace pages 4-34, 4-34a, 4-34b Add new page 4-34c II.
REASON FOR CHANGE See GPUN letter to NRC, H. D. Hukill to H. Denton dated October 22, 1985 (5211-85-2167).
III.
SAFETY EVALUATION JUSTIFYING CHANGE See GPUN letter to NRC, H. D. Hukill to H. Denton dated October 22, 1985 (5211-85-2167).
IV.
NO SIGNIFICANT HAZARDS CONSIDERATION GPU Nuclear Corporation (GPUN) has determined that this Technical Specification Change Request poses no significant hazards as defined by NRC regulations in 10 CFR 50.92. This ensures that operation of the facility in accordance with the proposed amendment would not:
1.
involve a significant increase in the probability or consequences of an accident previously evaluated (10 CFR 50.92(c)(1)); or 2.
create the possibility of a new or differert kind of accident from any accident previously evaluated (10 CFR 50.92(c)(2)); or 3.
involve a significant reduction in a mrgin of safety (10 CFR 50.92(c)(3)).
Based upon the safety evaluation discussed in GPUN's letter of October 22, 1985, the one time extension for the perforence of Type C tests as provided by this amendment will not involve a significant increase in the probability or consequences of any accident previously analyzed or reduce any argin of safety.
The proposed amendment does not affect the plant design or method of operation, does not involve modification of plant equipment and will not create the possibility of i
a new or different accident from any previously evaluated. Therefore, the three standards of 10 CFR 50.92(c) are satisfied.
In sumery, GPU Nuclear Corporation has determined and submits that the proposed change does not represent any significant hazards.
V.
IMPLEMENTATION We request that the amendment approving this TSCR be mde effective upon issuance.

AMENDMENT CLASSIFICATION (10 CFR 170.22)
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21, a check for $150.00 for the application fee associated with the review of this request us provided with our letter of October 22, 1985.
