enclosed is NRC Inspection Report 15000042/85-02 documenting the Enforcement
Conference held at the NRC's Region IV office on December 13, 1985. The
Enforcement Conference was held to review the inspection findings and to obtain
your response to these findings. Enforcement correspondence concerning these
matters.was sent to you under separate cover.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under the license -
as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules
and regulations, and the conditions of the license. The inspection consisted of
selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews of
personnel, reenactments of events, independent measurements, and observations by'
the inspector.
