Docket Nos. 50-424 and 50-425 -OC On March 11, 1986, at Waynesboro, Georgia, limited appearance statements were taken in the above captioned proceeding pursuant to 10 CFR 2.715(a). Three of the people identified as former facility employees, in giving oral statements, alleged instances of impro-prieties on the part of Nuclear Regulatory Commission personnel after they had been contacted by the employee.5 on matters relating to the plant.
As you know, the statements are not made under oath and do not constitute evidence.
We are making no evaluation of these raw alle-gations. We believe they are matters that you should be aware of and we send you copies of the transcript for whatever action you may deem to be appropriate.
