SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION LETTER Pursuant to a telecon with Mr Dale A Kers attached are two information letters describing items at the Palisades Plant.
Consumers Power Company has determined that these. changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the site, and therefore are cubmitted under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p).
Consumers Puwer Company requests that the attachments to this letter be-withheld from public disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
