ESTABLISHMENT OF ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD Pursuant to delegation by the Commission dated December 29, 1972, published in the Federal Register, 37 F.R. 28710 (1972), and Sections 2.105, 2.700, 2.702, 2.714, 2.714a, 2.717 and 2.721 of the Comission's Regulations, all as amended, an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board is being established in the following proceeding to. rule on petitions for leave to intervene and/or requests for hearing and to preside over the proceeding in the event that a hearing is ordered.

Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Facility Operating License No. DPR-50 This Board is being established pursuant to a notice published by the Comission on February 28, 1986 in the Federal Register (51 F.R.
7157-59) entitled, " Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for Hearing." The proposed amendment would modify the Once Through Steam Generator (OTSG) tube repair criteria for TMI-1 in accordance with the Licensees' application dated February 4, 1986.
