EXTENSION REQUEST FOR RESPONSE TO NOTICES OF VIOLATION AND NONCONFORMANCE (NRC INSPECTION REPORT 99901307/96-01)
Dear Mr. Reindi:
1 We acknowledge the receipt of your letter, dated April 15, 1997, requesting an additional 30 day extension for a response to the Notices of Nonconformance and Violation that were transmitted to you with our letter of March 4,1997.
Based on our review of the issues involved, we have determined that this extension is appropriate. Please provide your responses to the Notice of Violation and the Notice of Nonconformance by May 19, 1997.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this -
letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
