As per your telecons on Friday, April 1Ith and Monday, April 14th with BMRC Operations Manager Mark Adams, we are submitting this letter in response to your request for minor changes to page 23 of our Technical Specification submittal.
Enclosed you will find revised pages 23 and 24 of Appendix A - Technical Specifications (Possession Only) for the Buffalo Materials Research Center State University of New York at Buffalo. We have changed Section 15.2 - Reportable Occurrence Reports and Section 15.3 - Safety Event Reports to reflect the notification requirements and written report address that you indicated to us.
