INTERVENOR'S APPLICATION FOR A SUBPOENA FOR DAVID DVORAK Under 10 CFR 2 720, Intervenor hereby applios for a subpoena to requiro the prosence and testimony of David Dvorak, villago president of Essex, Illinois, in the hearings in this caso to be hold beginning at 9: 00 a.m. March 11, 1986, in Joliet, Illinois.
In support of this application, Intervonor hereby statoo as follows:
1.
Mr. Dvorak 10 villago president of Essex, Illinois, which is located within the plume exposure pathway EPZ and which in included in the evacuation plans for the Draidwood plant.
2.
Mr. Dvorak is manager of the South Wilmington Sportsmano Club, a recreational area which is also located within the plumo exposuro pathway EPZ and included in the ovacuation plans for the Braidwood plant.

D duties and responsibilities under the IPRA for Braidwood, and that he has knowledge regarding the plan and its imple-mentation.
I believe that adequately presenting Intervonor's caso requires Mr. Dvorak's presence and testimony.
Appropriato fees will be tendered to the witness in accordance with 10 CFR 2 720 (d), and once the subpoena is issued, Intervonor will arrange to have it served pursuant to 10 CFR 2.720 (c).
A copy of this application is being provided to Mr. Dvorak.
In conclusion, Intervonor requests the Board to issue a subpoena for David Dvorak, 108 West South Street, Essex, Illinois, requiring his presence and testimony at hearings in this case which will begin at 9: 00 a.m. March 11, 1986, in Joliet, Illinois.
