Nuclear Regulatory Commission l Washington, DC 20555 Re Claims of Donald Brace and Ruth Brace Pursuarit to 10 CFR 140.6, we are writing to give notice that on March 5, 1986, the District was served with Summons and Complaint in an action filed by Donald Brace and Ruth Brace, Sacramento County Superior Court No. 337598. The Complaint alleges that Donald Brace was exposed to radioac-tivity when working at this District's Rancho Seco facility.
1 Plaintiffs allege that Donald Brace suffered physical and emo-tional injuries when he was exposed to radioactivity on May 4 and on May 12, 1985, while working at this District's Rancho Seco facility. Ruth Brace alleges that she has been deprived of the services of her husband by reason of his inability to carry on his usual duties and loss of consortium.
Our information is that the incidents occurred on May 4 and May 12, 1985, that they were due to improper undress-ing procedures by Mr. Brace, a contractor's employee, and that after decontamination, Mr. Brace checked out clean.
