Umerick Generating Station (LGS), Units 1 and 2 Changes to Technical Specifications Bases Gentlemen:
i PECO Energy Company is submitting Technical Specifications (TS) Bases pages to reflect TS Bases changes made on April 10,1997 in accordance with 10CFR50.59. The following TS Bases are being provided to ensure that the NRC's copies of Limerick TS Bases are maintained current:
LGS Unit 1 Bases page B 3/4 8-2 l
LGS Unit 1 Bases page B 3/4 8-2a LGS Unit 2 Bases page B 3/4 8-2 LGS Unit 2 Bases page B 3/4 8-2a It should be noted that TS Bases page B 3/4 8-2a (both units) is a new page which is needed to accommodate the overflow of text from TS Bases page B 3/4 8-2.
i These changes to the LGS TS Bases have been evaluated under 10CFR50.59 and have been determined to.0011nvolve an unreviewed safety question, as documented in Plant information Management System (PIMS) Engineering Change Request (ECR) No. 97-01067 If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
