Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J.-fees are determined based on
$39 per professional staff hour for review time expended between filing of the report and June 23,1984 (the ending period of the first full week after the revised rule became effective on June 20,1984). From June 24,1984_through completion of the review, the professional staff rate is'$62 per. hour. Where review cost exceeds $20,000, your Company is billed for $20,000 because that is the maximum which can be charged under Part 170 for the review of a topical report or for each revision or amendment to an accepted topical report.
