CONTRACT NUMBER NRC-03-89-029. TASK ORDER NO. 13 MODIFICATION NO. 3
Dear Mr. Lofy:
The pur)ose of this modification is to increase the task order obligated amount ]y $898.76 from $21.698.48 to $22.597.24. This will allow the NRC to pay final invoice #32-13-6FR dated May 25, 1995.
Funds of $898.76. 3reviously obligated under the basic contract are being transferred to Tast Order No.13 under this modification.
The final cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No.13 is hereby increased to $22.597.24. The tota' final reimbursable costs is
$22.068.00. The fixed fee in the amount of $529.24 remains the same.
The accounting data for modification no. 3 to Task Order No.13 is as follows:
