I have received the November 8, 1985 revision of the draft Annual Status Report to Congress regarding the UMTRA Program. The NRC portion was submitted on August 15, 1985.

It is my understanding that Giorgio Gnugnoli of my staff discussed some minor editorial changes with Donald Groelsema of your office. Mr. Groelsema indicated that the changes would be addressed in the final report. With this understanding, I concur with this document to the extent that it adequately reflects the separate views, comments and recommendations of the NRC, as stipulated by UMTRCA, Title I, Section 114(a).
