It appears that this opportunity is approppiate for corrections to the M00, which have been pointed out over the last few months in conversations among the respective DOE and NRC staffs. The corrections should be made to Appendix A in 7 .
- Section 3.4 on Certification. Twice section 2.1.3 is referenced, and it 4
should be 3.1.3.
