Notice is hereby provided that your Ouality Assurance Program Approval for Padioactive fiaterial Packaces, Approval No. 0447, expired on January 31, 1986.
If you are an NPC licensee and conduct activities under the Ceneral Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 or an Agraerent State Licensee sub.iect to the requirenents of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20, a Quality Assurance Program approved by the Comission as satisfyina the provision of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
Since you no longer have a valid Ouality Assurance Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 to transport or deliver licensed raterial to a carrier for transport are teminated.
