The purpose of this modification is to extend the contract's period of perforunce,only to enable contractor review of the Final Environmental Assessments, the submission of which has been delayed three months by the Department of Energy (contractor has previously reviewed the Draft Environmental Assesuents). Accordingly, make tlie following changes:
