EMERGENCY PLAN CHANGES
Dear Mr. Gambhir:
1 This letter acknowledges receipt of your letters dated August 21,1996; September 6, 1996; October 4,1996; October 25,1996; November 25,1996; March 3,1997; and March 11,1997; which transmitted changes to the Fort Calhoun Station Emergency Plan.
Based on your determination that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your emergency plan, and that it continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 50, NRC approval is not required.
j implementation of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decreased the effectiveness of your emergency plan.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
