Revision of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station Emergency Plan On September 11, 1985, Vermont Yankee conducted a partial exercise of the Emergency Plan to demonstrate the adequacy of the new Emergency Operations Facility (EOF), which is located adjacent to the Corporate Office building on Ferry Road, in Brattleboro, Verir.ont, Based on the results of the exercise, we have concluded that the new EOF is ready for operation.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Emergency Plan has been revised to incorporate the use of the new EOF.
This revised plan will go into effect on Monday, September 16, 1985 at 6:00 p.m.
The revised Emergency Plan will be mailed to you from Yankee Atomic Electric Company in Framingham, Massachusetts on or before September 16.
