Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan; Report of Change-Revision Number Fcurteen
Dear Mr. Martin:
A new Guard Training and Qualificatl - Plan (Volume III of the CNS Safeguards Plan) is being submitted to entirely replace the existing plan. Three pages of the Physical Security Plan (Volume I of the CNS Safeguards Plan) are also included with changes annotated by sidebars. This revision is forwarded per commitments in our letter to you dated September 13, 1985, subject: CNS Security Organization Management Assessment.
Accordingly, Nebraska Public Power District is submitting, in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR Part 50.54(p), a Report of Change to the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan, Revision Thirteen. Upon incorporation of this change, the current Safeguards Plan becomes Revision Fourteen. We believe the enclosed change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Therefore, we request the material, with the exception of the cover letter, to be withheld from public disclosure.
