Dear Mr. Gaskin:
General Atomics' Site Decommissioning Plan dated September 1996, revited December 1996 to j
include a section on " Fire Protection (section 9) was further revised (April 1997 changes) primarily to add information to Chapter 6 " Final Survey" Section 6.1.4 in particular was significantly changed to include non-impacted areas and to further subdivide "affected areas" into "non-suspect affected" and
" suspect affected" areas which were approved by NRC for the Ft. St. Vrain project. A summary of the April 1997 revisions is provided in the page following the title page.
Under separate cover, GA is also submitting the revised pages to the plan to the State of California Department of Health Services' Radiologic IIealth Branch.
