Article III - Period of Performance - is revised to read:
"The performance of work described in Article I hereof shall commence as of September 22, 1981, and shall continue to completion thereof, estimated to occur on January 10, 1986.
C.
Article III - Consideration and Payment, paragraph A.2, is revised to read as follows:

Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $636,998.00, of which represents the estimated reimbursable costs; represents the fixed fee; and of which W represents estimated computer costs.
Note: G&A and fee are not applicable to computer costs.

In summary, this modification accomplishes the foll'owing actions:
1.
Revises the contract Statement of Work.
2.
Extends the contract performance period through January 10,1986.
3.
Increases obligated funds by $17,000.00, from $619,998.00 to $636,998.00.
