- This is to acknowledge receipt of Mr. Bolon's letter dated February 11, 1986, which transmitted changes to the " Physical Security Plan for the University of Missouri - Rolla Reactor" under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are, therefore, acceptable.
