- 12. OtSCRIPTION OF AA4fMOdAENT/AaCoriCATION This modification is being issued to revise Section D., Paragraph Number 1., entitled
" Monthly Letter". As stated in your letterodated October 25, 1985, this revision is accomplished at no additional cost to the total amount of the contract. Accordingly the following revision is hereby made:

Section D., Paragraph Number 1., entitled " Monthly Letter" is revised to include the following:
"(d) The License Fee Recovery Format (copy attached) shall be submitted as a separate page of the Monthly Letter Status Report."
All other tenns and conditions set forth under this contract remain unchanged.
