. The purpose of this modification is to: (1) extend the period of performance
, through 5/25/98; (2) revise the Statement of Work to incorporate an option
- year, specify supply requirements, identify Government furnished property, and
- revise the reporting requirements, as attached; and (3) provide funding in the amount of $2,025.12 which increases the cooperative agreement ceiling and i total obligated amounts from $30,303.72 to $32 328.84. Accordingly, the
