Our review of the changes has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54. Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the Plan.
It has been determined that your submittal contains information of a type speci-fied in 10 CFR 2.790(d). It is, thergfore, deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, activities involving safeguards and security measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosure will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
