FOSAVEX-86 Participation By State Agencies
Dear Mr. Hunter:
The Division of Disaster Emergency Services (D0 DES) of the State of Colorado has notified Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) that they do not intend to participate in a full scale emergency exercise until 1987. According to the D00ES, this decision was made based on information provided in IE Information Notice No. 85-55 which outlines the required frequency of participation by state and local governments in emergency preparedness exercises. Consequently, the emergency exercise to be conducted in 1986, will satisfy the annual onsite exercise requirements only.
