4. A reload saf ety evaluation review will take olace March 31,198b and may identify any unreviewed safety questions, the receipt of new f uel for the next Unit I refueling will require a lechnical Specification change to allow on-site storage ot fuel enriched up to 3.7 w/o U-23$.
