Dear Dr. Stepp:
In accordance with our phone conversation of January 30, 1986', I request the release of certain data from your " Seismic Hazard Program" for NRC use. These data are needed for two studies'which are sponsored by the NRC'and carried out by contractors. Because all NRC research is done-by contract, it would be advantageous to us, if the requested data could be released directly to the contractors and the costs incurred by EPRI in making data available could be paid directly to EPRI by the contractors.
The two NRC-sponsored studies requiring the data are as follows:
