The purpose of this modification is to increase the contract ceiling by $39,500.00, extend the period of performance to January 31, 1986, and add Dr. Ezra Elias to the list of key personnel. Now, therefore, the following changes are hereby made:

- 3. Section G.1 Consideration, paragraphs A.1. and A.3. are revised to read as follows:
"A. Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation
- 1. It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full.
performance of this contract will be $181,430.00, of which the sum of $170,412.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $11.018.00 represents the fixed fee. .
