North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) has enclosed Revision 4 to the Cycle 5 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Seabrook Station Unit 1, pursuant to Technical Specification 6.8.1.6.c. Revision I to the Cycle 5 COLR included a revision to Figure 5. Revisions 2 and 3 to the COLR inadvertently substituted the superseded version of Figure 5. Revision 4 to the COLR provides the correct version of Figure 5.
