REPORT ON CHANGES TO THE IMPROVED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION BASES Dear Sir.
Florida Power Corporation (FPC) is submitting this report of changes to the Improved Technical Specification (ITS) Bases. This report is requ) red by Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3) Improved Technical Specification 5.6.2.17.
The attachment contains revisions to the CR-3 ITS Bases that update NRC copies of the ITS. An instruction sheet for the replacement pages and a List of Effective Pages is also provided.
FPC performed a 10 CFR'50.59 evaluation on each change, each change package was reviewed by the Plant Review Committee, and a copy is maintained as a CR-3 quality record.
